We know how troublesome it can be to receive enquiries about available meeting times across various channels like email, social media, offline, etc. It can be tough to manage all these requests, as they are easy to miss in the clutter of other messages. It's hard to work out the particular order that requests came in to maintain the first come-first served queue.

To eliminate the problems mentioned above, Consultly has a unique tool to help manage the requests received.

If no appointments are available on your Availability Calendar, a button will appear on your profile with the option to send you a message requesting a consultation. All messages received will go in chronological order to the 'Meeting Requests' tab in the application. You can easily create client reserve lists and respond to requests by simply redirecting your Clients to your Specialist Profile.

Once you have received an enquiry, you can quickly contact the client via the 'Send Message' option or immediately send an invitation to an appointment with a link to pay for paid consultations or a link to an appointment for free ones.

To arrange a consultation, click the 'Schedule a meeting' button next to your chosen enquiry and complete the consultation date, time, price and duration in the form. Your client’s email address and the client's name will already be completed.
