With your Consultly Public Profile (see what a sample Public Profile looks like here), clients will arrange and pay for a consultation without your direct involvement. Once the booking has been made, you'll be emailed a confirmation and a file to add the consultation to your calendar.

To enable Clients to make appointments for consultations through your Public Profile, complete your profile details, create the types of consultations you provide and mark available meeting times on the Availability Calendar.

Click on the 'Public Profile' tab in the application menu. Add your profile photo, enter your profession, choose the languages you work in, add links to your website and social media accounts, and write a few sentences about yourself and your experience. Filling in as much information as possible will make your profile look professional and help potential clients decide to book a consultation. Save the page by clicking 'Save' and proceed to the 'My Services' tab.

The 'My Services' tab is used to add and edit information about the consultations you provide.

Click the 'Add a new service' button and fill in the form fields, i.e. the title of the consultation (e.g. Nutrition consultation), a short description of the consultation, the price, the currency and the duration of the consultation. If the consultation is free, tick the 'This type of service is free' option. Once you have completed the form, click the 'Add' button. If you need to change the consultation details you have entered, click the three dots next to the consultation name in the consultation types list and select 'Edit'.

The final step is to add the available meeting times to the Availability Calendar. To do this:

Go to the 'Availability Calendar' tab in the application menu and click on the 'Set your Availability' button.
Select the time zone, the type of consultation and enter the dates you want to set availability for. Once you have entered your chosen dates interval, a list of dates will appear at the bottom with the days of the week marked.
Click the 'Add' button next to the days you want to add available consultation times, enter the specific time frame you're available (e.g., 9 am to 4 pm) and then click the 'Suggest meeting times' button below.
You will see the suggested meeting times on the selected days broken down by your consultation types and duration. If you wish to remove any window for a particular consultation type, click the cross next to the selected meeting time and then click the 'Set my availability' button.

That's it! 🎉 From now on, it will only get easier 😊. If a client books a consultation, Consultly will notify you by email. The booked consultation will appear in the list of consultations on your dashboard, and the payment will be credited to your Stripe account.
