Consultly Solo subscription terms

Version: 2026-09-06-solo-v1. These terms apply when you expressly accept them to start a Solo trial or purchase a Solo subscription. They supplement the general terms. For Solo, these terms replace conflicting subscription price, commission, trial, renewal, and usage provisions in the general terms. Other provisions and mandatory rights remain unchanged.

Your subscription

Solo is for an independent expert using Consultly with their own clients. It includes a public profile, services, availability, booking, consultation payments, private video meetings, meeting chat, and private files, subject to the service's existing access and retention rules. Guests do not need an account.

The monthly price is 99 PLN, 25 EUR, 29 USD, or 25 GBP in the currency chosen at Checkout. Advertised prices include applicable tax. The final tax breakdown appears at Checkout and on invoices. Subscription currency remains fixed during the subscription. Your services may use a different supported currency. Changing the app language does not change either currency or price.

Consultly charges no commission on Solo consultation payments. Stripe's processing fees and any applicable conversion or other provider fees are separate and payable under the expert's payment-provider agreement. Those fees are not included in the subscription price.

Trial and payment

You may start one 14-day trial with 5 consultation hours. Creating an account does not start the trial. Starting it requires your explicit action, and no card is required. Expiry does not create a charge or automatically start a subscription.

Purchasing Solo starts a paid monthly period immediately, including if your trial has not ended. Your chosen payment method is charged the displayed recurring price each month until you cancel. Checkout states the payment terms before you confirm the purchase. A paid period includes 30 consultation hours. Unused hours do not roll over.

Consultation hours and reservations

One consultation hour means 60 minutes during which at least one expert and one guest are connected to the same meeting. The two participants do not consume two hours. Solo waiting, local device preview, and disconnected gaps do not count. Free scheduled meetings and instant meetings use the same allowance.

Upcoming appointments reserve their planned duration. Billing shows reserved, used, and provisional time separately. Unused reservations are released after cancellation, a no-show, or an early finish once the meeting state is confirmed. Trial appointments must finish within the trial. Paid subscriptions can accept appointments up to 60 days ahead, within each period's capacity.

When included time is exhausted or already reserved, Consultly pauses new meeting admissions until capacity is available. There are no automatic overage charges. Reaching an allowance does not disconnect an ongoing consultation. Already accepted appointments retain access for their agreed meeting window, including when your subscription later expires. This does not authorize new appointments after expiry.

Renewal, cancellation, and records

You can manage payment methods, see invoices, and cancel through Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access remains available until then. After a failed renewal, an eligible existing paid subscription has a three-day payment grace period. A failed initial payment grants no paid access.

After the trial, paid period, or applicable grace period ends, new bookings and new instant meetings pause. Billing and existing meeting records remain accessible under their retention rules. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund a client's consultation. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights remain unchanged.

Future price or allowance changes apply under a separately communicated version of the terms. Existing invoices and already granted periods retain their original terms. For billing questions or a correction to meeting usage, contact contact@consultly.com.
